Located just 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach, our residence offers an ideal location. You can easily get around by bike or taxi to make your way to the beach and main points of interest in the city. However, we strongly recommend you to get a rental car, it will definitely make everything more easy. If you really wish to discover Tulum around, it will even be cheaper to get your own car from the start versus paying taxis all stay long.

We are strategically located 5 minutes from the main federal road of the Yucatan, which connects Playa del Carmen to the north, Bacalar to the south, and Coba to the west. You can easily take “colectivos,” vans that pass every 3 minutes and can take you anywhere in the region, including the places we recommend.
