Condo
Generally, vacationers in Tulum either stay in the hotel zone near to the beach (very expensive) or in the city center (very noisy and quite dusty), and many complain! We offer here a third option. Welcome to our incredible Selva Norte condo, the only one truly nestled in the heart of the jungle. Its vibrant atmosphere is made for you. Here, we recharge your batteries!
Our condo is a true haven of peace, almost self-sufficient. Once you’re here, you won’t want to leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and even a little bohemian. On-site in the middle of the jungle, you’ll have access to a mini-supermarket, a fashion accessories shop, and a high-quality Mexican restaurant. You’ll also have free access to all relaxation areas: pools, cenotes, solarium, coworking space, children’s playground, fitness center, deck for yoga, and hammock area. The residence is a completely closed space (wall all around), absolutely secured with numerous surveillance cameras and security personnel and an administration ready to assist you 24/7.

Apartment
This 1140 ft² apartment features magnificent spaces with large sliding glass doors. When you open them onto our 160 ft² balconies, you’ll feel perfectly harmonized with the surrounding jungle. Natural light floods each room throughout the day. The decorations are all unique and 100% handmade by Mayan artisans, adding an authentic local touch to your stay. Additionally, the furniture are made of “tzalam,” an exotic three from the region, creates a direct connection with the nature of the Yucatan. Inside is like outside, with local threes on a white sediment floor.
To maximize your comfort, we did consider every little detail. Our fiber-optic internet connection is extremely fast, allowing you to work remotely or stream any content without issues. Several parking spaces are available outside of the building. The whole apartment is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a sets of Bluetooth speakers available literally in every room. As a bonus, we provide a video projector for your movie’s nights. As you understood, you will only need to unpack to fully feel on vacation.
The apartment can accommodate up to eight people (six adults, one kid and one baby). Both rooms have double beds (king and queen), there is a double sofa bed with sheets in the living room and we also provide a single futon for a kid and a toddler bed that you can place anywhere.

The three-story building houses 12 apartments and features a rooftop terrace of over 4305 ft². From there, you will find a breathtaking panoramic view on hundreds of kilometers of jungle. Admire the sunset every day over this ocean of trees and if you have the courage to wake up early, we recommend going up there to witness the sunrise awakening the surrounding tropical fauna in 360 degrees. It will definitely be an exceptional natural experience!
The rooftop is also equipped with 4 plunge pools (with hydro jet), several hammocks, thatched-roof parasol, lounge areas, and a barbecue with a table and chairs for your gorgeous outdoor dinners.
